LOST DOMAIN

Hi,

I am having a huge problem. Being an idiot I changed the domain to another domain in my admin settings. Well now my blog is not working and I am unable to log into my admin because its been lost somehow? Now, I am not a top notch wordpress but have some kind of background with coding. Please if you have any ideas let me know 🙂
