Recently we added a new WP install to our domain for our new redesign. When cloning the database over to the new site, Jetpack settings were copied over and my new site was connected to Jetpack on WordPress.com. Upon discovering this we’ve moved the redesign to a private directory, disconnected Jetpack from the new and old site and reconnect using the current site. However, in doing so we lost all historical data. I understand that Jetpack will create a new data set for each instance of a website and have no connection/link between sites (even though they’re the same). Is there a way we can restore the old domain data?

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
