Lost login

After updating to the latest version of the MWI plugin, my shortcodes/widgets no longer work. It appears that the way this works has changed. I originally purchased the Shortcodes and Widgets plugin, but it doesn’t offer an update via the WP dashboard.

I’ve tried to login at mwi-plugin.com to see if I can re-download the Shortcodes and Widgets plugin that I purchased, but I don’t have the password and I can’t seem to figure out what I used for a username. Not even my email address works.

I emailed the support address a few days ago with my payment receipt, but haven’t received a response. Is there any alternative to purchasing this again?
