Lost Menu & Header in Bento Theme

I have two pages on my website – [ redundant link removed ]. Everything was working well , and i could see my header with menu. However in an effort to change my website from FULL WIDTH view to a BOXED Width, i started changing setting and now my header & Menu is gone. I can’t figure out how to restore it, and sadly i hadn’t backed up my website with BACKUP BUDDY before i ran into this issue. what setting do you think caused this issue?? I’ve changed the page width to be the default width 1080px thinking that was the issue
