    Hey guys,

    After installing the plugin I lost my admin site all together, I can’t see my admin dashboard and when I login to admin area it just takes me to front end user account. I need to update a lot of items on the site and I can’t access it. this is costing me a lot of money and losing customers. I created staff with same email address as admin and few people said that could be the issue but I have created new user and changed the admin email still no luck. Please I need to have this issue resolved ASAP.

    Hello @siar007

    The problem we found, when someone creates an Employee with the admin email, he becomes an Employee and loses the Admin access. We’ll release a version tomorrow with a patch that will not allow you to create an Employee with the Admin email address.

    If you can not manage to solve your current site situation, contact our support center directly. We’ll assist you to get back your Admin account.

    How do I contact your support center directly, I need this matter resolved urgently as I have lost multiple sales which cost me well over $1000 and customers orders are not being dispatched due to this issue. This needs to be resolved as priority now before I take legal action for loss of business.

    You can simply allow admin permission manually for any user from the database- there has a tutorial available on this. You can reach our tech support team by contacting us here in case you need more help on this.
