Hi Carolyn,
Thanks so much for replying. The website name is http://www.bawibride.com and it’s a food blog. This has started happening since the last JetPack upgrade.
The same thing happened to me!! I just updated to the las version of JETPACK, everything on my admin dashobord went white! I cant do any admin stuff!! I had to erase the plugin via FTP. Now I don’t have my stats anymore! how can I recover them? I need them for my sponsors!! the site is http://amt.org.mx I also have antoher site that uses the same theme and it’s working just fine! the one that works is http://amt.org.mx/afiliados I hope you can help me! Please!!
Best regards!
I uploaded jetpack again and installed it. But I can’t activate any module! I’m still missing my stats!! PLEASEE!! HELP ME!!
Could this be because I have two sites on the same domain? I mean http://amt.org.mx/torneos is the main page http://amt.org.mx and I have another sub-site in http://amt.org.mx/afiliados
Sorry to bother you this much, but evertyhting was just fine before I installed your plugin. I was just making a presentation about the site statistics for some sponsours and now I can’t! please! helpme!
also I can’t acces the admin plugin area!

@perzen:
Your stats/followers aren’t lost – we just need to reconnect them to your new blog ID. Your site is assigned a unique blog ID that is tied to your site URL when you first connected Jetpack. If the URL changed anytime between the time you first connected and when you reconnected, the system on our end would recognize the new URL as a new site and would assign a new blog ID – which in turn would appear that you lost all your prior stats and subscribers.
In your case, your site URL when you first connected Jetpack was “www.ahuramazda.com/bawibride/” – which was probably a development site.
I have reconnected your stats and followers to your new blog ID – please note that it may take up to a day for the update to be reflected in your Dashboard stats.
Also, now that your ID is now tied to your “www.bawibride.com” domain, any future disconnects/reconnects won’t make any changes.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions. Marking as resolved.

@ivett – the contact form needs you to search for something before the contact form displays.
