Lost Order didn’t reflect

Hi, Good Day! One of our client’s member approached them that the re online payment of our client’s product has been made Last December 19 2022 now it was recorded on our client’s PayPal Invoice for December 2022. The issue was that the payment has not appeared on Woocommerce and no emails were received. May we ask your guidance and solution on this issue? To retrieved and will be displayed on woocommerce order.
