Lost orders, returning issues

I really want this plugin to work, but it has issues. A lot of customers are experiencing problems in the checkout process, and are simply not able to complete the purchase. One of the most common issues seems to be that the plugin are not responding when the customer are asked to choose between bank ID or mobile ID. This are indeed resulting in lot’s of cancelled/lost order (I have several webshops, the plugin have the same issue with all of them). All other payment gateways work flawless (Vipps and Stripe).
I hope Klarna will put resources in to development of a new plugin, or making this one work.
