    I really want this plugin to work, but it has issues. A lot of customers are experiencing problems in the checkout process, and are simply not able to complete the purchase. One of the most common issues seems to be that the plugin are not responding when the customer are asked to choose between bank ID or mobile ID. This are indeed resulting in lot’s of cancelled/lost order (I have several webshops, the plugin have the same issue with all of them). All other payment gateways work flawless (Vipps and Stripe).

    I hope Klarna will put resources in to development of a new plugin, or making this one work.

    Hi @anjoid,

    This is something you need to contact Klarna Merchant support to see what the problem is because this is something that’s happening within the iframe, and we don’t handle what’s happening inside the iframe.
    So you need to contact Klarna Merchant Support to reach out to right support regarding this to get information what’s happening when customer wants to choose between Bank ID or Mobile ID.

    I did reach out to them multiple times and they told me it’s a plugin issue

    We ended up switching to another plugin, using Klarna payments through Stripe. Never had any issues or lost sales since.

    @soundergy mind sharing which plugin wound up working?

    We can take a look at this and troubleshoot to see if we can and see where this comes from, from the plugin or Klarna. You say that this is when customer choose Bank ID or Mobile ID and that is within the iframe that we don’t control, but we can dig deeper into this is you want, and Klarna can also get more information about the issue after that.

    @anjoid Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce. As mentioned, they have an option to recieve Klarna payments through the Stripe solution. Working really well for us.
