Forminator was working nicely for a quiz with lead generation. Then 1 day into it quizzes started coming in without the lead information. ~100 of these came in without Lead Information (name, email). This is not helpful. Posted on the WP Forminator forum. No solution has been offered. Could not wait for them to come up with a solution and switched to WP Forms.

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

We replied in your original thread 3 days ago:

If Forminator is still installed on your site, please follow our guide so we could still check this, as this could help you and others in the future.
