Please can you assist. I have completely forgotten my password to access the wordpress panel, and when I do a password recovery, I don’t receive any mails? I don’t know what email address was used, I have checked all email addresses that I would have used and nothing??

I need to access the dashboard in order to do maintenance and updates, please can you help or just point me in the right direction.
