Lost Password not working

Hello,

We are currently using only the registration form from your plugin, while the login form is handled by the default WordPress login. However, we are experiencing an issue with password recovery.

When a user requests a password reset, they enter their email, receive the reset email, and click on the provided link. However, upon clicking the link, they get the following error:
“The key is not valid or has already been used. Please reset your password again if needed.”

We have tried multiple solutions but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. If we deactivate the plugin, the password reset process works perfectly.

The URL received in the email is: https://torresyliva.com/mi-cuenta/lost-password/?key=???&id=740

we replace the key with ???
Could you please help us identify the cause of this issue?
