    Hello,

First I’d like to thank you for this excellent and helpful plugin. Such a valuable addition to WordPress!

Currently I have set it up for a custom login page, and that works as expected. However, there are two glitches for me at this point:

    1) Lost password page does not work, although the custom login url works fine. Lost password link is also displayed correctly with the custom login url, for example /customlogin?action=lostpassword.

But when I click on the lost password link, nothing happens.

    2) Users / admin are not redirected to their respective pages after logging in. For example, when I click on “login” on the custom login page as admin, I continue to stay on that page. But when I open a new browser page and point it to my domain’s /wp-admin page, I can see that I’m logged in.

    Hi alpakal!

That’s a conflict with another plugin or active theme or, possible CDN, if you use one. There is no other reason for so weird behavior. Please, inspect your active plugins and make sure that all of them doesn’t have login related functionality. I mean description, not code.

    Hi Gioni,

Thanks for the feedback. I have tried disabling the plugins, but to no avail. We are in development phase, so no CDN or caching plugins working yet.

I turn off WP Cerber, and when a user logs in, he is redirected to homepage.

I turn on WP Cerber, when a user logs in, he is not redirected to the homepage, but if he navigates to the homepage manually, I can see that the user is logged in. So, the login part is succesful, but the redirection is not.

I really want to use the plugin, what do you think is causing this problem. Thanks.

    Hello Gioni,

I have found out it’s the theme. I have turned off all the plugins and switched to twentysixteen and it worked.

    Here is the login page,
    http://139.59.129.50/userlogin

do you mind taking a look to find what is wrong with this theme? It’s Buddyboss Boss theme (I’ll also contact them but you know Cerber the best so I’d be glad if you could help me here). Appreciate your help, thanks!

    Hi alpakal!

Could you disable Redirect dashboard requests and then check for all mentioned issues again?
