Lost site structure after WordPress update

    All the structure on my site seems to have collapsed. I am using Twenty Twelve child theme. I have cleared browsing cache and disabled all plugins but to no avail. Temporarily viewing with another theme seems to restore structure. Help please.

    Further to my previous post, it seems that only the home page has lost structure. The other pages appear to be OK
