Lost some download count..

    Hello,

    I believe we were getting close to the 3000 mark but now only shows 1500 …. Did something happened to the count….

    Need your help! Love the plugin!! 🙂

    Hi there,

    There should be no reason why the count has changed other than a download being deleted. When you delete a download the count is removed from the total downloads.

    Is this the case?

    I honestly don’t know any reason why they would disappear. The last few updates haven’t changed anything in relation to the statistics side of things.

    If you could keep an eye out though and report back if they do.
