Lost subscribers

Hello

Our site, donnaminkowitz.com, has been running for several years on one host, linked to Jetpack. We had a good number of Jetpack email subscribers. Now that we’ve moved host, our subscribers have gone down to zero. The site name has not changed. Have tried logging into Jetpack with an old email which we thought was linked to the account, but that didn’t register as a valid JP account.

Can you help get them back? Thank you!
