Hello @bandrajk,
Can you please try deactivating and reactivating Download Monitor? This may fix the issue.
If the problem still persists, please navigate to the Download Monitor plugin installation folder and look for a file named wpml-config.xml. Rename it (for example, add a letter at the end like wpml-configx.xml).
Please let us know what you find or share any other details about the issue so we can try to replicate it on our end and provide a solution.
Warm regards,
Teo
Hi Teo,
thanks for your Feedback.
I deactivated Download Monitor an activated it again – no success.
I also renamed the wpml-config.xml-File – the result is, that no languages are shown for downloads in the backend. If I rename it back – the result is like before. No language assignment to the downloads.
But – I had a look in the categories and slugs – now all categories and taxonomies have “es” as language assigned.
Any other idea to become the original language assignments back?
We also have a backup of the site before we made the updates (like 4 weeks) ago – we also could insert that backup – but what do we do with the updates?
Best regards,
b
Can you please let us know which version you upgraded from?
Also, please check what settings you currently have under:
WordPress Dashboard → Languages → Settings → Custom Post Types and Taxonomies,
and send us a screenshot of that page.
Download Monitor wasn’t fully translatable until recently, so we’d also like to take a look at how it appears on your end.
Please send us:
- a screenshot of the Download Monitor list table, and
- a screenshot from a Download edit page.
You can easily upload those images using our contact form here: https://download-monitor.com/contact/
Warm regards,
Teo
