You’ve multiple WordPress installations and the accounts on one are not connected to the other. That’s how it works and accounts from site A can’t be synchronized to site B. They can have the same email, user ID but when an account changes on site A then site B will not be changed.

They are not connected in anyway.

Pick one site and give this a good read.

You may want to focus on this part.

That will not only let you find the username but provide you a way to reset it as well.

Once you can get into that one installation then repeat on the other.

I did find my user name and password out from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/resetting-your-password/#through-phpmyadmin

But that’s when I realised that the username and password is not working correctly and also the username is connected to sit B not A as it should be.

I don’t understand thou where this is found : the Administration Screen, menu, go to Users > All Users.
Click on your username in the list to edit it.

And this is not working just showing a error site: on your page Click on the “Lost your password?” link.

That is found in the backend of the WordPress dashboard. If you cannot log in, then you can’t use that option.

    – Check to make sure that you are editing the user/password details for the databse linked to the correct site.
    – Carefully go though the process again. Copy and paste the username/password, rather than write it down.
