Lost Visual Editor After Installing WP 3.9

    Hi guys..
    I need help..
    I know WP 3.9 is supposed to be more user friendly as far as editing is concerned..
    But after i updated my WP version to the latest, 3.9…
    I totally lost the “Visual Editor” for posts/pages..
    I can’t edit my posts/pages anymore using the visual editor.. only the “text” editor is available.
    I even find it strange because no matter what I do with “tags” section, after i click update, it reverts to the usual tags, not saving the added tags i input to the post.
    Also, I dont experience any of the new improvements like drag and drop feature in my WP these days..
    What could have caused this in my case?
    Is this a theme issue or something else?
    Please help soonest. Thanks!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
