So big boo boo on my part. We have our old extranet site: extranet.larkmead-school.com which we wanted to change. It went to change it to http://itsupport.larkmead-school.com/ and now suddenly can’t access it and it takes us to our other wordpress website.

Not quite sure what i have done but cannot access it via the admin portal anymore

Are you hosting the site or do you have a server admin? That’s more of a server configuration issue rather than WordPress.

@joyously Going down the wp-config.php file route. How would i got about finding this.

Sorry for the dumb questions, i inherited wordpress and am not too familiar

@a2hostingrj ours is hosted, thought i’m pretty sure it;s my fault as i changed the two urls in the settings without realizing the implications

@joyously found them and made the changes but it threw up other errors. Seems like the subdomain is now pointing to the domain
