Has the domain been registered in your name? Then you have to contact the hoster who provides you with this and if necessary also the hosting. According to https://hostingchecker.com this seems to be HostGator or LiquidWeb. Find a contact person there.
This has little to do with WordPress itself. The website is hosted by a hoster and it is apparently not (anymore) available at the moment. Therefore you have to contact them.
When I went into the account under general, it asked has the name of the website and what website to use, I thought I could change it from christopherkiblin.com to spartanhomelending.com that’s when everything disappeared.
I had previously understood your question to mean that your website is no longer accessible since those who created it for you have apparently ceased their business. I.e. you actually still came to your website and wanted to change the domain name?
Does the new domain point to the hosting? Apparently it is registered, but if it is assigned to the hosting, only the support of your hoster can tell you. They could also help you with the unavailability.
yes I am wondering when I tried to change the name and website something made the website go away because it was working perfectly fine before.
@chriskiblin Moderator warning: CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY. You left it public (open to the whole internet, including search engines) for over 90 minutes. Check your site carefully.
To change the URL (domain) for your site, you need to (1) tell the host about the new domain, so they can link it to your site, (2) set your site to use the new name (via settings->general) and (3) change the DNS for the new domain so it points to the IP you host gives you. All three steps are necessary.
