    Dear,

After updating the plugin to version 2.3.1, WordPress Multisite 6.2, we have the following problem. On the login screen, when we click Lost your password?, we get the error:
    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Could you check the problem and give us a solution?

    Att,
    Airton

    Hello @airtonvilela

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’ve checked the URL you shared and the website itself and I am not seeing the problem you described.

When I try to reach the wp-admin page I am getting the following:

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

This only means that this page is intentionally restricted for access.
    Can you please confirm this?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It’s true, access to the Administrative Panel outside our network is restricted by VPN.

But, if I activate the plugin, the error occurs. If I remove access the password recovery page is displayed.

I can’t send the images. Please check the possibility that some plugin change is causing the error.

    Thanks, Airton.

    Hello @airtonvilela

I would consider the possibility if I was able to replicate this or see any evidence for this. As I can see, the plugin is currently active for your website.

As I can see the only option enabled is Page Caching in the General settings.

Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thanks!
