    We noticed that we are getting a large amount of these errors. When I resend the failed emails, the majority of the time they go through successfully, but today they were not and I received a critical error notice when trying to access the settings page of Post SMTP. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated and it allowed me to resend them successfully then and allowed me to visit the settings page without a critical error.

    We are using Mailgun. How can we prevent these errors? Please advise.

    Here is the critical error:

    public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Mobile/includes/phpqrcode/qrconst.php. Error message: Cannot declare class qrstr, because the name is already in use

    +1 Also using Mailgun and having issues with emails failing with “Internal server error” – started in the last day or so.

    Additionally, the 500 error you’re seeing seems to be originating from Mailgun’s API. A 500 status code generally points to a server-side issue on Mailgun’s end rather than a misconfiguration on your site. Here’s what we found from Mailgun’s documentation regarding such errors:

    “500 Internal Server Error – An unexpected condition was encountered on the server. These are often temporary, but if they persist, please contact Mailgun support.”
