Love this plugin, cannot access settings

I have this plugin on a couple of my domains; it’s so valuable.

I had uninstalled it one one of my domains, as I was testing for a conflict in something. Upon reinstalling it, when trying to access the settings or scan now, I get the dreaded:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I know this may have something to do with tables or something. I’m terrible with databases, so I’m hoping there’s a simpler solution. Do you know of any solution for this? I really need this plugin to work, as it really helps me out. Any guidance in this regard would be appreciated!
