@acosmin You may want to let this go. There are many such reviews and you only waste your time replying to them repeatedly.
Users have the option to leave bad reviews. Some use that abusively; try not to let it bother you. You will not get the user to modify their review. Leaving a 1 star review is “empowering” for some. 😉
