Hello,

The cover photo looks good on the laptop but in the mobile the quality its low, I set up 3000px in the size of the cover, and I put 100 in the rendering option,

how I can fix that issue ? please note I have no image optimization plugin,

Could you please provide a screenshot of your UM Upload settings? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Uploads.

I solved the Issue,

I removed the 300px from the settings and I deleted the 300px imgs thumb from ” wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/ ” so now my settings are 1200px for the cover and in the upload setting I put 600PX AND 1200px to be generated,
