  • Just an old school option – check your media settings and uncheck the option to crop images. It’s better to have larger images they can resize smaller than smaller images resized larger. Hope that helps.

    If it’s not that basic then it’s probably more nonsense with this plugin.

    Hi @makeitworkplease ,

    My “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions” is unchecked when I took screenshots.

    Actually, the images uploaded via WPUF appear fine on the backend.
    When viewing the direct image file, it’s the original size as the user uploaded. It’s the thumbnails that are unclear.
