low speed test

Hello!
I have a WP site https://ivankroshnyi.com
I use Cloudflare.
Other chace plugins disabled.
Speed test is: GTmetrics – E, 49%, 75%. Page speed insights – 26/85.
And i want to up site speed and install Cloudflare plugin.
I do all such in video guide.
Finally I cheched at uptrends.com and CF-Cache-Status – HIT
At fihish a see speed tests: GTmetrics – C, 64%, 78%. Page speed insights – 22/83.

Can someone tell me why the result is so modest?
