Lower TTFB after activation

Hello,
I had WP Rocket plugin activated and my page speed scores were pretty good:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.sasap.org/q3KtT1QL/I decided to try WP Cloudflare super page cache and after activation and set up with Cloudflare API key, my TTFB and overall page speed score went down:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.sasap.org/mY7p68EC/Page size is the sime. Number of resources is the same.
What may be wrong? I thought that serving cache from a CDN would be faster than page level cache.
