lp-profile menu add/hide items

    Hi guys,
    I would like to hide items from the user profile menu (not profile page), the one that usually has the icon of a person, with items like courses-orders-quizzes, logout etc… I guess it has a more specific name, that I dont’know.

    Could you please help? Thanks in advance
