    Hello,

I am in the process of fixing my site up (it is currently in maintenance mode so I don’t have a link to my site to provide) and I noticed that there is a conflict between the LSCache plugin and another plugin im using called: Points and Rewards for WooCommerce. The issue im having is when I navigate to the My Account area of my website and click on the My Points tab(from the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce plugin) and then try to view the points log table, I am sent to a broken page of my website and there is an error message that occurs saying “there has been a critical error on this website”.

I deactivated all plugins on my website to test which one was causing the issue and once I deactivated LSCache the issue was resolved so I could conclude that it was the cause. I also tried some troubleshooting with the LSCache plugin being activated on my site, I tried: -reverting the LSCache plugin to the default settings -disabling only cache -reverting to a previous version of LSCache and none of those methods resolved the issue. I also went into the debug settings and set disable all features to ON, and that is when the issue was resolved again. My report number is: AMWLQOHM

I would appreciate any advice on what I can do to fix this issue without having to deactivate the LSCache plugin. Thanks in advance. (I’ve tried to attach a screenshot below but im not sure if it works and I also have tried to include a link to the screenshot from a image sharing site)

if you see there has been a critical error on this website, then there should be a php log , please check that log, it should tell something

I checked the fatal errors log on my site and part of it says “plugins/points-and-rewards-for-woocommerce/public/partials/wps-wpr-points-log-template.php:1332″. And when I viewed line 1332 part of it says ” if ( count( $value[‘refered_user’] ) > 0 ) { “. I’m not sure what to do about any of this, all I know is being sent to a broken page when I click on the points log table is fixed when I deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin but this doesn’t seem to be just a plugin conflict because even with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin deactivated, the record of points earned from referrals isn’t showing up in the log table in the My Account area of my website(from the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce plugin), so I’m trying to get plugin support from them. Otherwise, I guess I will have to use a different plugin than the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce one. Thank you for the help.
