    What is it? Why it happen?

    That Netherlands server is one of our WP online service nodes. When your plugin meets the condition to trigger the request to compare the benchmark of before and after optimization, LSCWP will send the request to the closest node you are using for online services. Then our nodes will visit both before and after cached pages, to tell the speed changes to your plugin.

    There is nothing to worry about this visit.
