<?php the_title(”) ?> doesn’t work correctly…

Hello everyone, I run a wordpress blog called DeeVex and I’m currently having some strange issues.

When I try and paste <?php the_title('') ?> inside my single.php it works but it renders a completly different post name. Check it out here.

If you look at the post above and then scroll down all the way to the bottom it comes up with some random Big Bang Theory post which is quite unusual. Please help me with this. Thanks ;).
