Mac photo sharing between diff log ins

My iMac (Intel) was set up so everybody in my family has their own log in.
When I download picture and stuff in my log in, my wife can’t access it on her log in. Is there a way I can download and have it accessible (like a server) by anyone? I do have a separate hard drive for backups as well, but even stuff I put on it is only accessible by me.
