It looks like that read time in your link is added in by another plugin as the markup doesn’t match anything output by Reading Time WP.
A quick search of the wtr-time-wrap class output on the reading time on your site looks like it could be coming from this Worth The Read plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/worth-the-read/. As it seems to ouput markup that matches your site.
Reading Time WP doesn’t store anything into the database unless you use the [rt_reading_time] shortcode directly in your post. It also only adds your reading time before post content or excerpt. It looks like the plugin on there now may add it directly onto the title.
