Made website feedback much easier

We haven’t been using it for long, but it’s already made collecting website feedback much easier. It’s very easy for clients and teammates to use, all feedback comes into one place as tasks, and it’s easy to see what’s been done and what’s still in progress. We looked at other tools, but the price felt too high, so spotfix was a much better fit for us.
It’s also nice that it includes a full PM tool for the same price, and though we haven’t properly checked it out, it’s worth considering.
