    I’ve probably spent 5 hours collectively over the past week and a half trying to figure out how to solve a magic quotes issue.

    All ‘ are replaced with slashes. I turned off magic quotes in php.ini but it hasn’t solved the problem.
    I’m unable to create links in a menu because of this.

    Came across 15 or so solutions but none of them have resolved this issue with WP 3.0.1
    Could it be the theme settings perhaps?

    I’m at the end of my rope here..
