On most days I am getting 1 or 2 error messages in the WP Mail SMTP Debug Events log. It says:

    Mailer: Other SMTP

SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Mail contain spam content A494C60057
SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1

    Source: WPForms Lite

    /home/u729147393/domains/mn-act.net/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/src/Emails/Mailer.php (line: 514)

The “A494C60057” is different in each message. Unfortunately I am not knowledgeable enough to know what this means or what to do about it. Can you tell me what to check and look for?

    Hi @lpint,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

WPForms comes with various Spam protection options that prevent form submissions and email submissions and it is likely that you have activated one of these options. In case it helps, you can learn more about these options in this guide.

    I hope this helps!

    Hey @ipint,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
