Mail Count Query

    I am using the post notification feature to send to ~70 members. Yesterday I found that CRON had stopped for a few days so 3 posts had not triggered email alerts. I release these from the queue but the plugin then tried to send ~210 emails despite Mail Count being set to 100 per hour. This caused my hosting service to be suspended.

    Does Mail Count not work across multiple notifications?
