    Hi ! I’m trying to use MailPoet but the sending isn’t working.

    Here’s my config :

    I have some other (too many ?) plugins on this website could it be because of that ? I tried on another website but still not working

    Has sending ever worked before? Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried sending a test email from Settings? Have you tried using another sending method?

    I have installed the plugin yesterday but it wasn’t working. I haven’t any error. I tried using a test email but it doesn’t work. And I tried SMTP, but it still not working (on any of my website, one is on OVH and the other in on one.com)

    I change the memory limit up to 256MB, still not working, any idea ? I try on my website on OVH and it’s correctly working, but not on one.com

    What happens when you send a test message? Does the plugin return an error or the test is successful but you don’t receive the actual message?

    The actual deliverability of the message is beyond the plugin’s control rest once the message is successfully accepted by the sending service (e.g., local server, SMTP, etc.). Some hosts require you to use the same email address that you register with or else they just drop all messages.

    We can only suggest that you get in touch with the hosting provider’s technical support OR sign up for our sending service – it’s free if you have less than 2,000 subscribers and is guaranteed to work.
