Mail doesn’t arrive

    hi,

    form submits to website fine. email notification doesn’t arrive.

    Submission logs within the entry shows:

    in EmailNotification (Email sending initiated) at 2023-06-16 20:41:24

    Email Notification broadcasted to [email protected].

    within sendinblue:

    Sent
    first opening
    soft bounce

    any ideas?

    Hello @totallyminimad,

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Can you please share a screenshot of the SendInBlue soft bounce status that you mentioned? It seems like the email is bounced hence Fluent SMTP/SendInBlue could not deliver the email.
