Mail failed

Hi,

I have problem using this plug-in, it does not work for me. Read documentation and watched youtube possible solution its not working.

I get this error message

Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

Not sure where is the error. Is there any configuration that I need to set to make this work?
