Mail Message Body conditional logic not work

Hello,
I use this plugin for condition logic. my code is below.
Select an Incoterm[radio select-an-incoterm use_label_element default:1 “FOB” “EXW”][group incoterm-fob][text city placeholder "City"][/group]

Condition is:
if “select-an-incoterm” equlal to “FOB” then show “incoterm-fob”

message body:
Incoterm FOB City: [incoterm-fob][city][/incoterm-fob]

But in email I receive like:
Incoterm FOB City: [incoterm-fob]city name[/incoterm-fob]

[incoterm-fob] Shortcode not work when I Select “FOB” radio option & fill the valure 7 change it to “EXW” further city value pass in message body. City is only for “FOB”.

How to make this possible?
