mail misconfiguration?

I’ve been having this problem for months. I’m unable to receive notification emails. I can’t figure out what is wrong. My other sites that use WordPress have no problem receiving notification mails, just one of my sites.

I don’t know where to look or what to do for a solution. I contacted my host and they told me to come here although I’ve posted before with no reply.
