Actually, I am facing a problem with the plugin. After clicking submit button, nothing is happening. I am not getting any mail regarding the form details. Please help me out

I made an online Reservation Form with Form Maker (http://nanobiteuae.com/optimum/contactus/). After entering the details and submitting, the customized message is showing but no details are being sent to the admin email. Without this information, how could we know if someone does a reservation?!

Firstly please make sure the email is not filtered to spam or junk folder of your email account. You can also try one of the following workarounds:
1. Try using another email address for From Email and Email to Send Submissions To options.
2. Perhaps your hosting does not have Sendmail enabled, which is required for mailing functions to work. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this.
3. Alternatively, you can use a SMTP plugin, which will most probably resolve the problem.You can try this plugin for example: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/pluginsGmailmtp/
Setting an external SMTP server, such as Gmail should work. However Gmail requires authentication. Please find the necessary details for SMTP setup below.Mailer: smtp
SMTP Authentication: yes
SMTP Security: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: your gmail full address
SMTP Password: your gmail password
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.comLet us know if this helps.

May I ask, have you asked your hosting provider to enable mail functions on your site?
Also, note that you can know about reservations in Form Maker > Submissions section.Please make sure to enable Save Date (to database) option.

I’m having the same problem. Email to Admin never arrives. Email to customer does arrive. So, as a workaround, I am bcc-ing myself in the Email to User panel.

Could you please try this workaround too?
Please go to Email Options > Advanced section, in Email From field choose Other option and add the email address, which you have used in Email to User field.

This is already how the form is set up. I’m using the Other option to email TO the administrator the same address that is in the FROM for the email to the user.
