    Submitted forms have previously been coming through to us fine, but as of yesterday, they are no longer being received. When the user submits the form, they get a message to say that it’s been submitted successfully and the user receives their notification, however, the notification to our company is not being received.

    Looking at your suggestions for people posting with similar difficulties, I can confirm that:

    Received emails from our site are not in our spam folder.

    The site is able to send email because we use another form builder plug-in and they are being sent and received as expected.

    The form does not have a custom ‘from’ field. On both email notifications, the from field is set to default.

    Please advise on what is causing this issue.

    It appears that our site admin needed to run an update on the plug-in. This seems to have resolved the issue.
