I am facing the same issue of mail not receiving. I checked my SMTP settings and they are perfect. As soon as I click on ‘Send Test Mail’, it reaches my inbox.
But whenever I use Product Enquiry form to send any mail, it never appears in my inbox.

What is the domain of the sender address used for Product Enquiry. Is it dolphinautomation.in? Because there is no SPF record on that domain. What is the domain of the receiving address where it is failing?

Who provides your email service? Cloudflare? Here are instructions.
[email protected] is your FROM address? really? well, sending from that to [email protected] shouldn’t be a problem. your issue might be elsewhere as your email seems to be setup correctly. Add the SPF anyway so that if the receiver is Hotmail, or Gmail, it won’t be lost.
Yeah. As I told before, I am able to receive test mails on my gmail ID.
However, I have disabled cloudflare for now becasue as per the guide, I had to add a TXT record to a subdomain and I wasn’t sure of what the subdomain would be.
I’ll wait for 2-3 hours and check the enquiry button. If it doesn’t work, I’ll ping back.
