Mail Not Working

    Hi
    Doing research on the forums I see a growing number of people having issues with the email not sending e-mails to the subscribers.
    I have mailgun set up OK and all mails sent to and receiving from mailgun including mailing-lists etc work fine
    Except yours.

    I have, on your plugin, set the email as [email protected] and I do not receive anything.
    Unfortunately the response from you guys revolve around
    1) Ensure you have entered your details correctly – DONE
    2) Ensure you have some SMTP/API plugin installed – DONE
    Is it possible to have some sort of DOCUMENTATION on the e-mail set up as clearly its an issue not just from me but ALOT of others!

    Hi, sorry to hear you’re having problems.

    From what I can see on your site, the AJAX works fine and returns the proper status so you’re not having the same issue as 90% of other people have. Unfortunately, without logging in and having a look I can’t provide any decent solutions. I suggest you contact our support via email ([email protected]) with your site details and we’ll take a closer look.

    I’m not sure why this is resolved as I am still waiting feedback from you guys??
    No mail is being sent eventhough all other mail is being sent OK
    Can you please check?
