Mail notification when a post is updated

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin (or something else) that allows users to suscribe to a single post.

When a user is interested in a specific post, he could enter his email.
When i update this specific post (and not for modifying a word or a letter..) i could send an email to all the users that are following this post.
