Do you mean the notifications that are sent out when ads are placed/approved? Those can be disabled under Classifieds->Settings, Ad/Listing tab. Scroll down to User Notifications and Admin Notifications to disable the ones you want.
no, just OWNER ads does not have an email and I can not continue to add ads

No, we can’t make email optional. Too much of the plugin code expects that a valid email is present to do things like notify you when the ad is approved, send the expiration notice, the renewal notice, provide a way to contact you via a form and so on.
Email is a pretty essential field to the plugin. One quick hack I can suggest is to modify the template to give a dummy email or perhaps an email account of yours so your users don’t have to provide it. But keep in mind that doing this prevents notifications and contacts in AWPCP in the usual way.
