    Hi,

    I use event ticket plugin and I’ve problem with sending a purchase confirmation email. I read similar topics and then I installed and configured Easy WP SMTP plugin but it doesn’t solve the problem.

    I also did a test with disabled plugins and a default theme.

    Can anyone help me please?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well, and I’m sorry that you’re having these problems.

    I see on your site, that you’re using Tickets Commerce. We’ve identified an issue with the ticket email deliverability that we’re fixing in our upcoming release, which should be out in the next few days. The internal reference is ET-1477. We’ll come back and update you once this fix is in place, once the new version is out.

    You are correct about this issue not being in the known issue page’s list of issues,

    I am going to look into it. I would also like to let you know that a fix for the issue is under QA phase and if everything goes according to the plan, the fix should be out shortly.

    Hi @keithsb @janklubus

    Just wanted to let you know with Event Tickets 5.3.2 we fixed the issue where Tickets Commerce was not sending out ticket emails if Event Tickets Plus is not active.

    If you haven’t done so yet, please, update the plugin at your earliest convenience. As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.
